To present the possibilities of multislice computed tomography (MSCT) at different stages of pancreonecrosis development. Materials and methods. This work presents a clinical case of a patient with acute destructive pancreatitis followed by the development of severe complications, its clinical and laboratory parameters and the results of radiation examination at admission. Repeated studies of MSCT with intravenous contrast agent, CT-fistulography. Results. The results of dynamic MSCT throughout the treatment are analyzed, the semiotics of the manifestations of destructive pancreatitis and its complications are de- scribed, taking into account the clinical data, the emphasis is placed on the methodological aspects of the study that depend on the terms of the disease development and its clinical objectives.
