13. "Change of emphasis"

Participants  are  asked  whether  often  and  under  what
circumstances in everyday life they have to say "no" and whether it is
always  easy.  Under  what  circumstances,  in  what  environment  is  it
more difficult to do? Then, on the topics proposed by the participants
themselves  (the  situation  of  failure,  which  cause  difficulties),  scenes
are played out.
Discussion:  Together  with  the  group,  acceptable  rules  of  worthy
refusal are developed:

• firmly, but kindly and calmly say "no", without entering into
altercations, disputes;
• agree with the arguments, but priom stand on its own;
• gently stop the conversation;
• bring your arguments to the interlocutor;
• offer a compromise ...
