Then T asks the theme of the lesson.
Setting the aims.
T shows the pictures of animals, verbs of actions and Ls are asked to guess the topic of the lesson.



Ss define the theme of the lesson watching the video and repeat the moving of animals and do exercise.
The aim: improve Ss critical thinking skills and learn them to pay attention to the main details.

T asks learners about animals abilities.


T: Can horse run?
R: Yes, It can.
T: Show, please.
T: What can cat do?
T: Mansur, can rabbit fly?
M: No It can’t.
T: What can snake do?
M: It can slither.
T: Show, please.
T: What can fish do?
T: Luida, can fish swim?
L: Yes, It can.
T: Show, please.
T asks them to give some examples.

Ss repeat the modal verbs and give examples to the teacher. And answer the questions of teacher showing the actions of animals.


The Aim: revise the modal verb to use in sentences.
Efficiency:remember the actions of animals better by practice.
