Abstract: This article deals with the problem of the formation of value orientations of adolescent children. The value factor is an integral element of the holistic mind. This is expressed in the following features: the value orientations of a person are the most important characteristic of his personality, since they determine his relationship with the surrounding world and the features of interaction, regulate human behavior. Knowing their value orientations, a person searches for their place in the world, reflects on the meaning and purpose of life. As for the problem of forming the value orientations of adolescent children, in the context of qualitative changes in our society, the problem of fundamental changes in the system of education and public education arises. The formation of beliefs in adolescence indicates a significant qualitative change in the nature of the formation of a system of moral values. It is the value orientations formed in adolescence that determine the characteristics and nature of a person's relationship with the surrounding reality and thus determine his behavior to a certain extent.
