Abstract:If you look at the past and present history of the Kazakh people, who lived in the great steppe, you will see that his burden was heavy. The historical education that has existed for many centuries, not only reflects the historical thinking of the Kazakh people, but also has a direct impact on the social life of the Kazakh people. The spiritual heritage and continuity of the experience of our past history is of great importance when global changes in all areas of the modern world and changes in the public life of Kazakhstan require, first of all, the modernization of the historical education system. In this context, it becomes necessary to consider the historical and philosophical analysis of the scientific works of European and Central Asian philosophers and scientists on the concepts of “history” and “historical education”.
The problems of historical education cannot be solved experimentally. Its background and origin, meaning and content of the word historical education should be recognized as a whole from a scientific point of view. Therefore, the article discusses the problems of historical education. And also the article provides a comparative analysis of the views and conclusions made by scientists who conducted a study of the concept of historical knowledge.
