LANGUAGE FEATURES OF MEDIA TEXTS: THE
CONCEPT OF «MEDIA DISCOURSE»
Abstract:
this article discusses the specifics of the media
language, its constant development and change due to direct
interaction with society, the study of the effectiveness of media
discourse texts, as well as the search for interaction between the use
of speech tools and the result of their use in advertising. The author's
team in this article tried to prove the role and significance of the
language of mass media at the present time. The question of studying
the sphere of mass communication – radio, television, Newspapers,
magazines, including the world wide Web and the Internet – carries
the main volume of speech use, which far exceeds the total volume
of discursive practice in other areas of human life does not lose its
relevance.
