The verbal adjective (VA) as a special form of the verb is determined by the essence
of
this form, which is regularly formed with the help of special unified affixes only from the
verbal stems and like any form. According to Admony’s opinion, the verbal adjective is one of
the grammar phenomenon which has no certain status among grammar categories. Some
linguists consider that VA
is the main special verb form, which includes verbal and adjectival
properties and indicates actions attributed to a person or object as their signs. Others consider,
that VA has intermediate position
between verb and adjective, the third consider that it is a
separate part of speech giving it a special place among the other part of speech.
