Annotation.
The article is devoted to the physiological-hygienic problems of nutrition, which play an important role in
the proper development of the physical structure, maintaining and strengthening the health of young athletes engaged in Kazakh
wrestling.
In the feeding of young wrestlers, scientifically based data on the amounts of proteins, fats and carbohydrates currently
contained in the diet are presented.
In the diet for young athletes, providing a total daily energy value of 3800 kcal includes meat
and meat products, fish and fish products, milk and dairy products, edible fats (vegetable and animal fats), bread and bakery
products, cereals, pasta, vegetables, fruits.
In addition, recommendations on feeding young wrestlers during preparatory classes,
before competitions and after the end of competitions were worked out.
