At different stages of the company's development, the most appropriate management style has been determined. The article formulates the main elements, components and procedures of the assigned management style at the enterprise in modern conditions. A comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the main management styles is carried out. Several employees were interviewed for the study. Its results were evaluated according to different criteria. As a result, the management style appropriate to the enterprise was chosen and justified.
