ABSTRACT Master Student Maksat Nurhat Talgatuly under the direction of Ph.D., professor Kassymova Makhabat Kuandukovna completed her thesis on the topic "Study of the pros and cons of using distance learning technologies in teaching chemistry based on the updated programme " in 2023.
The research purpose is creation of a methodological system aimed at the intellectual development of students based on the organization of distance learning in teaching chemistry, taking into account the characteristics and capabilities of the region.
To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks:
- Analytical review and critical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on the topic of research;
- setting goals and tasks of the research, determining ways to achieve the set goal and solve research tasks;
- to determine the possibilities of using the distance learning method in teaching chemistry;
- use of distance learning elements in the current educational process;
- to study and determine the place, value, content of distance learning method for students taken as a research object
Object of study: the process of teaching chemistry in high school.
Research methods. In this work, the following research methods were used: theoretical: analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research; comparison and classification of traditional and distance learning. Empirical: pedagogical control, testing, rating, analysis of students' work, diagnostics of heuristic thinking levels; experimental research work, processing of research results, their analysis and interpretation.
The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that this paper discusses the methodological conditions that help the teacher to use the distance learning method in the educational process, and the use of this method in chemistry lessons is considered for the first time as an independent research work.
The conclusions and results of this dissertation work, which are of practical importance, can be used in the educational work of educational institutions.
This work consists of: 64 sheets, 2 tables, 6 figures. 35 references were used to write this work.
