The article presents the results of an online survey of first-year students. As a result,
the features of
adaptation of students in the first academic year, as well as methods and factors that effectively affect the
integration of students, were identified.
The research results can be used in the future at universities, institutes, academies in the develop-
ment of programs for adaptation of first-year students
to the higher education system, as well as in teach-
ing disciplines such as sociology of education, sociology of youth.
