As you know, the concept of numbers occupies a special place in the concept of peoples. The history of the origin of the number, we learned that every number nine, seven, three, one is a special sacred concept in the Kazakh people. The fact that there are sacred numbers can be formed individually in our consciousness. In the early life of Man, numbers served as a measure of time, a measure of volume. The level of phraseological units of numerals is not the same. First, calculated numerals are often used. Secondly, not all numerals are used. In particular, the numbers "four", "seven", "nine", "forty" are used in a special meaning. Among numeral names, some numbers differ in that they are used in a different sense along with their numerical value. This is especially evident in the fact that these numbers are used in regular expressions, legends, epics, rituals and other worldviews. A special place in the sacred vocabulary of the Kazakh language is occupied by numeral names. It is known that numbers perform practical functions, numerical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.) serve as signs when I count, but they also have sacred meaning, magical meaning and power. Ancient peoples believed that numbers had a sacred power, a hidden meaning, and a magical ability to influence everything around them, and that the gods used numbers to rule the world. Phraseology is a linguistic phenomenon that is characterized by stability in its composition, which is found in the "tambourine-ready" state, and an unsurpassed elegance that can not be used in any situation. The meaning of numbers is clearly expressed in phrases, regular expressions, i.e. Proverbs, phraseology, equalities. Methods of formation of stable phrases in the number system: first, mythological, astronomical, magical, etc.beliefs and legends, and secondly, stable phrases from numeral names, which have now become ethnophraseologisms, are left behind by fire - mouth, sickle – tongue orators. "One" means the primordial unity, god in the peoples of the north, as well as light or, more precisely, the sun, the source of life. According to Pythagoras, the number one is called the monad and is considered a symbol of wisdom. One human self and a sign of loneliness. For example, there is a Russian proverb: "The only army on the Russian Square is not an army", where the only one is lonely and weak [30].
