During training, the discipline and the exam the student will know : - to ensure the understanding of basic concepts of the discipline ;
able: to apply theoretical knowledge in practice in matters of diagnosis and correction , training and education of the person in ontogenesis.
have skills : organization of the pedagogical process in educational institutions and psychological activities to develop and implement programs, projects and plans of educational activities and their psychological support , support in the activities of pre-school, secondary, primary and secondary vocational education.
Educational objectives / competencies: The course activity of the individual psychology - familiarize students general ideas about personality, personality problems in scientific theories , psychological personality structure , development and stability of personality traits , mental state concepts of identity , classification and properties of individual mental states by the level of activity of psychic structures .
- Promote the development of students' interest in professional and educational activities , awareness of its features at the present stage of development of society .
- Intensify the process of personal-professional self-knowledge in the development of psycho-pedagogical profession in high school .

Цели изучения: раскрыть содержание понятия личности в психологии, вызвать интерес к проблемам психологии, пробудить у студентов стремление к непрерывному самосовершенствованию, пробудить интерес к освоению прикладных психологических дисциплин, стимулировать использование студентами знаний психологии в собственной профессиональной деятельности. Краткое содержание основных разделов: Многозначность понимания личности в психологии. Центральная категория в психологии - «личность». Человеческий субъект как личность.
Многозначность понимания личности в психологии. Основные подходы к пониманию личности в психологии. Наука о личности – персонология. Классификация подходов к пониманию личности в психологии.
Ожидаемые результаты: студенты будут уметь анализировать психологические теоретические источники, учебно-методическую литературу; осуществлять аннотирование и конспектирование психологических источников; распознавать и анализировать психологические явления; использовать теоретические знания при решении практических задач.
Компетенции: Ключевые компетенции - быть компетентным в повышении эффективности и улучшении качества образования; постановке и решении психолого-педагогических проблем. Социально-этические компетенции – владеть способами педагогической и социальной коммуникации; уметь выявлять и учитывать в профессиональной деятельности.

Contents: The central category in psychology is "personality". On a question that such the personality psychologists answer differently, and in a variety of their answers there is a complexity of the phenomenon of the personality. The personality is concept social, she expresses everything that is in the person of nadprirodny, historical. The personality not congenital, but results from cultural and social development.
The personality is specifically human education which "is made" by the public relations which the individual enters in the activity.
The personality is the socialized individual considered from its significant properties most essential socially.
In the sphere of scientific psychology, the personality represents abstract concept which unites many aspects characterizing the person:: emotions, motivation, thoughts, experiences, perception and actions. However it isn't necessary to bring together the personality as concept to any aspect of functioning of an individual. Conceptual value of the personality is many-sided – it covers a wide range of the internal mental processes causing features of behavior of the person in various situations. Dealing with such difficult concept, it is impossible to imagine its any simple conceptual definition.
The special subsection in structure of the academic psychology which covers a wide range different, often inconsistent theoretical representations is engaged in studying of the personality. The science about the personality – a personologiya is the discipline, seeking to lay the foundation for the best understanding of human identity by use of various research strategy
Educational purpose/competence: As a result of studying of this subject matter the student has to know:
bases of psychological knowledge (the categorial device);
- main positions of psychological schools and directions;
- psychological approaches to understanding of the personality;
- features of the facts, regularities and mentality mechanisms in all its manifestations;
- features of personal growth and development.
To be able:
- to analyze psychological theoretical sources, educational and methodical literature;
- to carry out annotation and making an abstract of psychological sources;
- to distinguish and analyze the psychological phenomena;
to use theoretical knowledge at the solution of practical tasks.
